Here’s how you do it: Find a quote that really resonates with you and write it at the top of your journal page. Set a timer for 20 minutes and free write into the following prompts: What does this quote mean to you? How does it relate to your life right now or in the past? Who, or what does this quote make you think of? You can do this exercise anytime you find a new quote or pre-fill the notebook with all your favorites, one quote, one page. 

Your Own Quotes

This journal is all about you and the amazing things you say! If you’re a regular journal writer it’s beneficial to go back and read your entries. Use highlighters to emphasize the powerful and uplifting words, then distill them into a quote, by you. Then transfer into your quote journal with the date you originally wrote them.
